MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD ON THE BEITERDCPOWER.COM SITES. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, BEITER DC POWER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD ON THIS SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MERCHANT ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. PRICING ERROR POLICY

If we receive an order with an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, BEITER DC POWER shall have the right to cancel any orders placed for items listed. BEITER DC POWER shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, BEITERDCPOWER.COM shall immediately issue a credit to the credit card used in the order for the amount charged.

If a product you ordered is back ordered, BEITERDCPOWER.COM reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order confirmation, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Certain orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our billing department. We may require additional verification's or information before processing and shipping any orders.
