Shipments made in error by Beiter Battery will be recalled at Beiter Battery's expense.

Beiter Battery will only accept product purchased from Beiter Battery.

No returns will be accepted back by Beiter Battery after 30 days from the Beiter Battery invoice date, for any reason.

Defective returns are eligible for return only within 1 year of sale to the retail consumer. Defective returns are for replacement, merchandise credit or credit back to the original credit card.
